Jul 30, 2008 - it depends... from what I've read you should not get yellow, certain greens, or brown. As it might look like you have food stuck in them. I got silver so they don't draw too much attention, but that's because I'm a little bit older than the normal demographic.

Aug 13, 2008 - spacers are these little rubber donut shaped things that are wedged between teeth (usually in the back) to make room for the metal ring that'll go around the back teeth to anchor the braces in... the reason it hurts some people is because it causes your teeth to move slightly
